Home is where we thrive. This sturdy Key Hanger is cut from vegetable tanned bridle leather with neatly painted edges, smooth imprint lines and a coated solid brass sailor hook to hold the keys. It is featured here with a length of 17cm long, making it perfectly suited for the pocket or to be wrapped around your wrist. Assembled carefully, using only solid hand stitching.

VAT discount
The price stated on www.mismo.dk is the full retail price including Danish VAT. The price does not include possible import taxes that may differ from country to country.
To compensate for these import charges, Mismo offers a 20% VAT discount at checkout for all our non-EU customers. This discount will automatically be applied when typing in a non-EU billing & delivery address.
The VAT discount that Mismo provides is more or less equivalent to the actual import taxes faced at delivery. The forwarding company, Fedex or DHL, will charge these import taxes.
Please note that any possible shipping cost, being standard or express service, do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.

Shipping
We offer free domestic (Denmark) shipping on all orders and free shipping within the EU on orders above €400. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when meeting the order minimum. Express shipping can be added at checkout. Shipping rates are otherwise as listed below:

Choosing express shipping will usually see orders delivered within 1-2 days in Europe and 2-3 days for all International orders. Please note that some countries, remote cities, or islands may have longer delivery times.
Shipping times for standard service in Scandinavia are 1-3 business days, Europe 2-6 days and 6-9 days for North American, Asian & International orders. Please use our shipping times as a guide. Some countries may experience extended shipping times due to worldwide shipping congestions. Mismo takes no responsibility for delays in customs processes outside the EU. If you are in need of a time definite reception of you order, we strongly advise to opt for the Express shipping.
Order before 14:00 CET for same-day shipping. All orders are shipped by Fedex or DHL. Once shipped, we will email a shipping confirmation including a link and tracking number, for you to easily follow the order.
ReturnsWe gladly accept returns, but return expenses are paid for by the customer. You have 30 days to return the item(s) from the date of receipt. Simply fill out a return form and our support team will reach out to you. You can either choose to return the order/item using your own preferred forwarder, or you can purchase a return label through our support team.

Leather
The bridle leather must be both strong and durable. Originally designed for use in bridles, a rider’s life literally depends on the leather not failing unexpectedly. Principally used as main trimmings for the Fabric Collection, the full-grain bridle leather used in Mismo products is custom-developed in Turkey. It is simply the best leather available for our purposes. We require rich depth of color and the leather must age well and be free of natural imperfections that weaken the structure. Once the skin has been tanned, a color finish to our own exact specifications is applied for a smoother, deeper and more refined look.
Solid brass with golden coating
Our hardware is chosen for its durability and therefore made from a base of solid brass material. To obtain a homogenous surface and to prevent the brass from oxidating over time, they've been give a special Mismo antique golden coating. We source all of our hardware from Italy, working with specific articles that we’ve been using and testing for more than 15 years. We only use classic hardware pieces that we know will stand the test of heavy daily wear, like the sailor hooks that appear in many of our designs.
