Extended Holiday Returns

On all orders placed from November 10th through December 24th. Simply notify us by January 5th that you'll be returning your order and we will offer an exchange or refund.

We don´t do sales

For those in doubt, we don’t do sales. There will be no markdowns before or after Christmas and New Year’s. No mid-season sales or Black Friday frenzy. If you feel now is the time to elevate your carrying needs, add to your existing family of bags or lock in that Christmas present for one you hold dear, we are here to serve you.

But most importantly you should not be left sitting with a hollow feeling of potentially missing out on a snap bargain – during Black Friday or anytime beyond. Therefore, we don’t do sales. This is our testimony to a piece of luggage that we’re confident is worth every cent.

The cut-off dates are based on orders placed before 14:00 CET, our standard shipping service and a best time estimation.

Choosing express shipping on your orders will allow you to safe 2-5 days depending on destination.

Shipping

We offer free domestic (Denmark) shipping on all orders and free shipping within the EU on orders above €400. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when meeting the order minimum. Express shipping can be added at checkout. Shipping rates are otherwise as listed below:

EU - Standard/2-5 Days/€20 - Express/1-2 Days/€40

UK & Switzerland - Standard/3-6 Days/€20 - Express/1-2 Days/€50

Norway - Standard/2-5 Days/€20/ - Express/1-2 Days/€50

USA & Canada - Standard/6-9 Days/€25 - Express/2-3 Days/€60

Hong Kong - Standard/6-9 Days/€25 - Express/2-3 Days/€50

Asia - Standard/6-9 Days/€30 - Express/2-3 Days/€60

Rest of the World - Standard/9-12 Days/€40 - Express/3-6 Days/€70

Choosing express shipping will usually see orders delivered within 1-2 days in Europe and 2-3 days for all International orders. Please note that some countries, remote cities, or islands may have longer delivery times.

Shipping times for standard service in Scandinavia are 1-3 business days, Europe 2-6 days and 6-9 days for North American, Asian & International orders. Please use our shipping times as a guide. Some countries may experience extended shipping times due to worldwide shipping congestions. Mismo takes no responsibility for delays in customs processes outside the EU. If you are in need of a time definite reception of you order, we strongly advise to opt for the Express shipping.

Order before 14:00 CET for same-day shipping. Once shipped, we will email a shipping confirmation including a link and tracking number, for you to easily follow the order.

Returns

We gladly accept returns, but return expenses are paid for by the customer. You have 30 days to return the item(s)  from the date of receipt. Simply fill out a return form and our support team will reach out to you. You can either choose to return the order/item using your own preferred forwarder, or you can purchase a return label through our support team.
